  I was expecting an engineer today and had to go through a load of hassle to make this happen. I booked an appointment and was told I had to ring and pay the call out fee. This slipped my mind but I never got a callback to remind me or say the appointment was cancelled. I got up at 8am, waited all day and when I phoned Troy he told me I didn't ring with the deposit. I said it was ridiculous, why didn't they ring me back to remind me or tell me it was cancelled. I was annoyed as he was patronising I did say it was utterly ridiculous. I did not swear or get personal and then offered to pay and rebook and he then had the audacity to say they would not take my booking or send me an engineer! I have purchased the hot tub from them and now they won't service it! They need to get a better manager! Do not buy with them as they are incompetent. So after 11 years of being a customer I am stuck with a hot tub which cannot be fixed by anyone else! Outrageous!
